The late '80s-early '90s Campagnolo C-Record gruppo was also available with a dark anodized finish on most of the parts, which was called the 'Century' finish. Was this named after the black nickel-plated 1985 Bianchi Centenario 100th anniversary bike? This may be hard to prove. But one can see that the Centenario's brakes did have a special dark anodized finish:

The large flange hubs -- nicknamed the "sheriff's star" hubs by some folks -- may fetch high prices nowadays, but they were taken off the market because of their high failure rate, especially with the track hubs.

Even rarer than the large flange C-Records might be the Chorus version:

and also there was the Triomphe large flange model, which had circular cutouts.
