This one is still in "project mode" as it awaits a longer stem that a framebuilding buddy is crafting for it. Otherwise everything is all there, and with some more "finishing" work it should be one of my coolest bikes.




A sleeve gets loosened by the quick release levers, and slides up the tube. Unlike the modern equivalents, no tools are needed, the shift cables remain hooked up and the disassembled bike is very strong.
